Instructions
1. Cook all ingredients other than Philly in the butter in a saute pan
2. Allow to cool not go cold
3. Place all cooked ingredients in a food processor and zap until moderately fine.
4. Add the Philly (other similar soft cheese can be used) and Zap again until fully integrated
5. Place into serving dish and place into fridge to set. Garnish with whatever pleases you. Serve with Melba Toast or Blinis.
Winner Notes:
This recipe has been widely used by me and is excellent with Venison, Smoked Salmon, Chicken Liver and Smoked Mackerel. It always goes down well and takes only five minutes to make. Warning- it is very,very moorish and requires a dram to help it down!
