Our Recipes
Glenlyon Gourmet have had the privalige of working with some exceptional chefs over the last year who have given us advice, tips and recipes to share with you. Kathryn Hawkins, an award winning food stylist, worked with us and produced some amazing dishes. Many of the photographs on the site are taken of Kathryn's dishes, so you can really see the skill and experience behind her work.
We are also exceptionally lucky to be working with Darin Campbell, the highly acclaimed Scottish Head Chef of the Fortingall Hotel. Darin's expertise and experience have impressed some of the most discerning customers and critics over the years. He has previously worked at, The Sheraton Grand in Edinburgh, One Devonshire Gardens with Andrew Fairlie, before moving to work for Gordon Ramsay at, Petrus in London and later, the 2 Michelin star 'The Capital' in Knightsbridge for Eric Cheveu. Darin then became head chef at, Restaurant Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles and is now an award winning chef in his own right. We very much enjoy working along side Darin, developing some recipes which will delight and excite your dinner guests. Again, a lot of the photographs are of his food and you can just imagine these gastronomic delights on your own dining table.
We will be adding more recipes from time to time, as well as more hints and tips for you to get the most out of your meal times. We would like to hear from any of our customers who have a fitting recipe they would like to see on our site and are willing to share with the whole of the UK!
