Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl (apart from the oil) and mix well, squidging the mixture with your fingers
2. Using damp hands, divide the mixture into 8 portions and form into small burgers, no thicker than 12mm/ ½ -inch.
3. Brush the burgers with a little oil then cook over medium/hot coals for 5 - 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
