Homemade Venison Burger

Ingredients

• 450g Venison mince
• 115g Button Mushroom, finely chopped
• 1 Small Onion, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
• 1 teaspoon HP Sauce
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 3 tablespoons chopped Fresh Parsley
• 1 Organic Egg

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and shape into burgers.
2. Chargrill and serve pink for best taste.
